TFDA announce to amend the deadline for applying the clinical trial plan for drugs, and effective on 7/1/2019

Announcement:

1. In order to speed up the application of the drug clinical trial project,TFDA has established a counseling mechanism before the clinical trial of the drug.
Since July 1, 2019, the application for insufficient document has been 14 Days, and limited to one time with no extension providing. If it is overdue, it will be closed.

2. The Ministry of Health and Welfare announced on January 7, 1999 that the No. 88004066 ceased to apply since July 1, 2019.
